Singapore's data protection regime, whose working requirements live in advisory guidelines rather than in the Act: the Commission issues them sector by sector and revises them as technology moves, most recently for generative AI and recommendation systems. Mandatory breach notification and a data protection officer are required of every organisation handling personal data in Singapore.
