The family of French state qualification schemes — SecNumCloud for cloud providers, PASSI for audit firms, PDIS and PRIS for incident response, PACS for security assessment — each defined by its own référentiel d'exigences. Qualification is a procurement precondition across the French public sector and much of its critical industry, which is what makes a new version of a référentiel a commercial event.
