The architecture federal civilian agencies are held to when they connect anything to anything: a Security Capabilities Catalog of universal and policy enforcement point capabilities, plus use cases for the traditional perimeter, branch offices, remote users and the cloud. OMB memorandum M-19-26 made it the standard agencies are measured against, so a new revision of the catalogue changes what an agency assessment looks for.
