The physical twin of NIS2, adopted the same day and aimed at the same operators: where NIS2 governs their networks, this governs the resilience of the entities themselves — background checks, incident notification, continuity. Entities in scope of one are usually in scope of the other, which is why tracking only NIS2 leaves half the obligation invisible.
