Germany's own information security methodology and the route most German federal bodies take to ISO 27001 certification: 200-1 defines the management system, 200-2 the IT-Grundschutz method, 200-3 risk analysis and 200-4 business continuity, with the Kompendium carrying the modules themselves. Compatible with ISO/IEC 27001 by design, and required rather than optional for the federal administration.
