Oregon's comprehensive privacy statute: rights of access, correction, deletion and portability for residents, an opt-out of targeted advertising, sale and profiling, a data protection assessment for high-risk processing, and an enumerated right to learn which specific third parties received one's data — a duty no other state law imposes in that form.
